But I’ve got some tea for you: you have the power of a Goddess inside you. Yes, you heard that right—a Goddess. And no, it’s not buried under your to-do list or somewhere at the bottom of your tea cup.
It’s right there, waiting for you to tap into it.
One of the best ways to do that?
Grounding. I know, it sounds like something straight out of a yoga retreat or a
wellness book, but hear me out. Grounding is actually one of the easiest, most
powerful ways to feel more centered, clear, and connected to yourself. Trust
me, it works wonders when life’s throwing chaos at you like confetti. So, grab
a cup of tea (or wine, its five o'clock somewhere, no? and let’s talk about why

Most women are naturally empathetic (aka emotional sponges), and sometimes we end up holding onto stuff that isn’t even ours. Into Your Goddess Energy

some super simple ways you can ground yourself and tap into your inner goddess
energy, without it feeling like another thing on your already packed to-do
list.
1. Outside Goddess!: There’s something about being in nature that just works.
If you can, ditch the shoes and walk barefoot in the grass, or just spend some
time outside. Trust me; it’s like an instant mood lifter. Simply take a walk or
sit by a body of water and breathe. Nature will have you feeling Zen in no
time.
2. Grounding Meditation: Close your eyes for a couple of minutes, take some long deep
breaths, imagine all the heaviness being lifted away and renewed energy being
put back into you.
3. Breathe Like You Mean It: We underestimate how powerful our breath is. Try this: take
a deep breath in for four counts, hold it for four, and then exhale for four.
Do that a few times, and you’ll feel the tension melting away. It’s like
hitting the reset button on your mind and body. You’re welcome.
4. Get Your Body Moving: Some stretching, yoga, or dancing around your room (yes,
dancing counts). Moving your body gets the energy flowing and helps you feel
more present. Bonus points if you do some grounding yoga poses like Mountain
Pose or Warrior Pose to really feel connected to the earth.
